CAREERS IN THE SALES FIELD
Tanishq has job openings for Medical Representatives, Frontline Managers (Area Managers), and Second line Managers (Regional Managers) the details are:
1.Medical Representative: Candidates should have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in selling pharmaceuticals products to doctors and chemist. He should have good communications skills. He should be proper and full time resident of the desired work location. Knowledge of computers is preferred.
2. Area Managers: Candidates should have at least 2 to 3 years relevant managerial experience or 4 to 5 years of experience as Senior Medical Representative. Knowledge of computers is preferred.
While selecting people, we place emphasis mainly on communication skills, sincerity and ability to do the job and not on educational background; hence even non-graduates with these qualities can be considered for the above posts.
Confirmations are done as early as 4 months and promotions to Senior Medical Representative within 1 to 2 years, to Area Managers within 2 to 3 years and to Regional Managers within 4 to 6 years. This is evident from one of our current Regional Managers who had joined us as a Medical Representative as a fresh graduate without any prior knowledge of the job.
