Administration: Take with or without food, swallowing the tablet whole. Do not crush or chew.

Dependence and Withdrawal: Long-term use may lead to dependence, and gradual tapering is recommended if discontinuing to avoid withdrawal symptoms.
CNS Effects: May cause drowsiness, dizziness, or impaired coordination. Use caution when performing tasks requiring full alertness.
Elderly and Debilitated Patients: Start with lower doses due to increased sensitivity to the drug.
Drug Interactions: May interact with other CNS depressants (e.g., alcohol, opioids) and other medications that affect the liver.
Pregnancy: Generally avoided during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester.
