Destin-M
DESTIN-M is a combination medication containing:
1. Desloratadine (5 mg): A non-sedating antihistamine that helps relieve symptoms of allergies such as sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, and itchy eyes.
2. Montelukast (10 mg): A leukotriene receptor antagonist that prevents airway inflammation and reduces symptoms associated with asthma and allergic rhinitis.
This dual-action medication is effective in managing allergic rhinitis, asthma-related symptoms, and chronic idiopathic urticaria (hives).

Indication
- 1. Allergic Rhinitis: Relieves nasal congestion, sneezing, runny nose, and itchy or watery eyes caused by seasonal or perennial allergies.
- 2. Asthma-Related Symptoms: Helps prevent airway inflammation and reduces symptoms like wheezing, difficulty breathing, and chest tightness.
- 3. Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria (Hives): Reduces itching and the size or number of hives.
Dosage and Administration
Adults and Adolescents (15+ years):One tablet daily, in the evening, with or without food.
Children (6–14 years): Consult a healthcare provider for dosing.
Take at the same time each day for consistent relief.
Precautions
Avoid use if allergic to desloratadine, montelukast, or any tablet ingredients.
Not for use in acute asthma attacks.
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding only under medical supervision.
