Dosage and Administration
Levofloxacin 250 mg once or twice daily, depending on the severity and type of infection.
Dose adjustment may be required in patients with kidney problems.
Precautions
Allergy: Avoid if allergic to Levofloxacin, other quinolones, or any components in the tablet.
Tendon Issues: Levofloxacin may cause tendonitis or tendon rupture, especially in the elderly or those taking corticosteroids.
