Indication
- Seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever)
- Perennial allergic rhinitis

Dosage and Administration
Route of Administration: Oral syrup.
Typical dose for children aged 2-6 years: 1 teaspoon (5 mL) of syrup, once daily in the evening, containing 4 mg montelukast and 2.5 mg levocetirizine.
Children aged 6-12 years: 2 teaspoons (10 mL) once daily.
Adults and children over 12 years: Consult healthcare provider for dosage adjustments.
Elderly or patients with renal or hepatic impairment: Consult healthcare provider for appropriate dosage adjustments.
Precautions
Avoid use in patients with known hypersensitivity to montelukast, levocetirizine, or any component of the syrup.
