Luliconazole 1% w/w cream is an antifungal medication used for treating various superficial fungal infections of the skin. It works by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of fungal cell membranes, leading to the death of the fungus.

Indication
- Tinea infections (ringworm, athlete's foot, jock itch)
- Candidiasis (skin yeast infections)
- Tinea corporis (fungal infection on the body)
- Tinea cruris (fungal infection in the groin area)
- Tinea pedis (athlete's foot)
- Tinea versicolor (discolored patches on the skin caused by yeast)
Dosage and Administration
Application: Apply a thin layer of Luliconazole 1% cream to the affected area once daily.
Instructions: Clean and dry the affected skin before applying the cream. Gently rub the cream into the skin.
Duration: Treatment is usually continued for 1-2 weeks, depending on the type of infection. For best results, use for the full prescribed duration, even if symptoms improve early.
Precautions
Allergic Reactions: Discontinue use if you develop signs of an allergic reaction, such as redness, itching, or swelling.
Avoid Eyes: Avoid applying the cream near the eyes, mouth, or mucous membranes.
