SINERA-P SYRUP is a combination formulation designed to provide relief from cold, flu, and allergy symptoms in children and adults. It contains paracetamol (pain reliever and fever reducer), phenylephrine (nasal decongestant), chlorpheniramine (antihistamine), and sodium citrate (to help reduce acidity and soothe the throat). This syrup offers comprehensive relief from fever, congestion, sneezing, and discomfort.
Route of Administration: Oral syrup.
Typical dose for children (age 2-6 years): 5 ml (containing 125 mg paracetamol, 5 mg phenylephrine, 1 mg chlorpheniramine, and 60 mg sodium citrate) every 4-6 hours, or as directed by a healthcare provider.
Typical dose for children (age 6-12 years): 10 ml (containing 250 mg paracetamol, 10 mg phenylephrine, 2 mg chlorpheniramine, and 120 mg sodium citrate) every 4-6 hours, or as directed by a healthcare provider.

Administration: Shake the bottle well before use. Measure the prescribed dose using the provided measuring cup or spoon. Take the syrup with or without food.
Drowsiness: Chlorpheniramine may cause drowsiness. Use caution when driving, operating machinery, or engaging in activities requiring alertness.
Alcohol: Avoid alcohol as it can enhance the sedative effects of chlorpheniramine.
Hypertension and Heart Disease: Phenylephrine may cause an increase in blood pressure. Use cautiously in individuals with high blood pressure or cardiovascular conditions.
Liver Disease: Paracetamol is metabolized in the liver, so caution is needed in individuals with liver disease. Do not exceed the recommended dose to prevent liver damage.
Sodium Sensitivity: Since this product contains sodium citrate, use cautiously in individuals on a low-sodium diet or those with kidney issues.
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Consult a healthcare provider before using SINERA-P SYRUP during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Caffeine and Stimulants: Avoid other sources of caffeine or stimulants while using SINERA-P SYRUP to avoid overstimulation.
Hypersensitivity: Contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity to paracetamol, phenylephrine, chlorpheniramine, sodium citrate, or any other component of the syrup.
Severe Hypertension or heart disease: Not recommended for patients with uncontrolled hypertension, arrhythmias, or severe cardiovascular conditions.
Liver Disease: Contraindicated in individuals with severe liver impairment.
Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOIs): Should not be used within 14 days of taking MAOIs due to the risk of serious interactions.
Pain and Fever Relief: Paracetamol effectively reduces fever and alleviates pain, providing relief from cold and flu symptoms.
Nasal Decongestion: Phenylephrine reduces swelling in the nasal passages, making it easier to breathe.
Antihistamine Action: Chlorpheniramine relieves symptoms of allergies such as sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes.
Throat Soothing: Sodium citrate helps to neutralize acidity and soothe the throat, reducing irritation.
Convenient Liquid Form: The syrup is easy to administer, especially for children or those who have difficulty swallowing tablets.
