Kidney Disease: Use with caution in individuals with impaired kidney function.
Alcohol Consumption: Avoid alcohol when taking Paracetamol as it increases the risk of liver damage. Chronic alcohol use can lower the liver's ability to safely process Paracetamol.
Overdose: Paracetamol overdose can lead to liver toxicity and can be fatal. If overdose is suspected, seek immediate medical attention.
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Paracetamol is generally considered safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding when used at the recommended doses. However, always consult with a healthcare provider before use during pregnancy.
Allergic Reactions: Rare, but serious allergic reactions like skin rashes, swelling, or difficulty breathing may occur. Discontinue use and seek immediate medical help if any of these signs appear.
